The Parsippany Genesis U10 Girls team rose to the top at this past weekend's U9 Girls 3V3 Tournament. Although they played down a level, it was great practice for them before the Spring season. Much to some spectators' surprise, the competition was high among the teams, despite the age difference. The U9 teams consisted of two Mount Olive groups and one Kinnelon team. The Kicker Crew played up two levels in this tournament, and actually landed third place. It was Parsippany, however, who showed their strength and experience, climbing to the top with a total of 12 points.
The Parsippany Genesis will return in two weeks to compete again.
