Parisi Speed School, Morris Plains
Following the U7 Boys tournament, the six local U8 Boys teams put on quite a show for their spectators. The talent was high and very close among the U8 teams. Division one's Kicker Crew led the pack with a 2-0 record over Morris United's Red Bulls and Morris Plains' Destroyers. All teams played well, and congratulations to the Destroyers for participating in their first 3v3 turf tournament.
Division two consisted of Montville, STA, and Parsippany Bayern, who met the Kicker Crew in the finals. STA hung in there with Montville, and tied for third place against neighbors, STA. Despite Parsippany being down 1-0 to the Kicker Crew in the final, they fought hard and came back to win 5-2.
Thanks to all of the teams for a competitive and entertaining tournament!
